IX. RETURN

The company and/or entity guarantees the Client the possibility of canceling their order at any time and at no cost. X. PROFESSIONALS

If the Contracting Party is a professional, in no case will RD 1/2007 and Law 7/1998, Law 26/1984 General for the Defense of Consumers and Users be applicable. In this case, Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contract is applicable.

XI. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contracts will be understood to be concluded and will produce all the effects provided for by the legal system, when the consent and the other requirements necessary for their validity concur.
